I purchased your book almost 3 weeks ago and have yet to recieve it.
Is there some reason why it hasn’t been shipped. I’ve already been
charged on my credit card, so I would appreciate a response as to when
or if the book is late being shipped. I just would like to know the where

The book How To Vanish is a digital download. You should have gotten an email very shortly after your purchase which contained a link to the book. You may want to look through your inbox, and maybe even check your spam folder, to see if it is there.
